Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptionally driven IT Business Analyst (1–3years of experience) who can bridge the gap between clients, product, and engineering teams.
This is not a passive documentation role. We need someone who is highly proactive, relentlessly follows through on action items, keeps stakeholders accountable, and ensures projects move forward without constant supervision.
The ideal candidate is naturally curious, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading conversations with clients, product managers, and engineering teams.
Over time, this individual will independently manage client discussions, gather requirements, define priorities, and drive execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Conduct discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions with clients.
- Translate business requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Lead client communication and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and blockers before they become issues.
Product & Business Analysis
- Analyze customer needs, business processes, and workflows.
- Create BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define solutions.
- Assist in feature prioritization and roadmap planning.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product decisions.
Project Coordination
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Follow up relentlessly with stakeholders to drive accountability.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure clarity across teams.
- Coordinate between clients, developers, designers, QA teams, and management.
- Escalate issues proactively when timelines or deliverables are at risk.
Quality & Delivery
- Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
- Participate in UAT and support release planning.
- Ensure solutions align with client expectations and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvements in internal processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- 1–3years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Product Operations, Project Coordination, or related roles.
- Experience working with SaaS products is highly preferred.
- Exposure to software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
