Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
Content Marketing
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, email campaigns, marketing materials, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with designers and stakeholders to develop high-performing creative assets.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing initiatives.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow client presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Develop content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to interactions, and build online communities.
- Analyze social media performance and recommend improvements.
Paid Media & Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve target KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and ROAS.
Client Management & Reporting
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct client meetings, provide campaign updates, and communicate performance insights.
- Build strong relationships with clients and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics such as leads, conversions, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), engagement rates, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports and present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a digital marketing agency environment (Mandatory & Non-Negotiable).
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
- Experience with email marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are advantageous.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta certifications are a plus.
