About the Role
We are seeking a Selenium Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions. The role focuses on improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and ensuring high-quality software delivery through robust automation practices.
You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and operational teams across multiple domains to identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions, and implement them using modern tools and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, automation using Selenium (Python/Java)

Build and maintain automation frameworks and reusable components

Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing using automated scripts

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimise automation scripts for stability and performance

Integrate automation with APIs and backend systems where required

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Operations) for delivery alignment

Document automation workflows, test cases, and execution results
Preferred Tools & Technologies:

Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver

Proficiency in Python or Java for automation development
