Role Overview: The SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for configuring and supporting financial accounting and controlling processes within SAP. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance, and seamless integration with procurement, sales, and other business functions.
Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP FICO processes, including: o Financial Accounting (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) o Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders) o Bank Accounting and Cash Management o Taxation and Financial Closing Processes o Revenue Recognition and Financial Reporting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
- Support end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) financial processes implementation and optimization.
- Manage integration with: o MM (Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Valuation) o SD (Billing, Revenue Posting) o PP (Costing and Production Accounting)
- Handle production support activities, including issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Participate in: o Testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) o Data migration and validation o Cutover planning and execution
- Prepare and maintain documentation: o Functional Specifications (FS) o Configuration Documents o Test Scripts and User Guides
Required Skills & Experience: Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Experience in: o General Ledger and financial closing processes o Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable o Costing and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) o Integration with MM and SD modules
- Knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- At least one end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout experience.
Preferred Qualifications: SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
- Exposure to global rollouts or transformation programs.
- Basic knowledge of interfaces, IDocs, or integrations.
- Familiarity with tools like SAP Solution Manager, JIRA, ServiceNow.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
