Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to attract and hire quality talent within defined timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job specifications.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Generate offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build strong relationships with department heads and hiring managers.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring status reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Operations:
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate documentation, and MIS reports.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratio.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new joiners.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and recruitment tracking systems.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
Preferred Industry Experience:
- Healthcare, Hospital, Aesthetic Clinics, Retail Healthcare, or Service Industry recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
