Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Field Operations Sales (FOS) for one of India's leading health insurance companies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Field Operations Sales (FOS) Executives.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement market penetration and sales strategies.
- Assign daily targets and track team productivity.
- Generate new business through direct sales and team efforts.
- Maintain MIS reports, sales dashboards, and productivity trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless business operations.
- Support the team in closing high-value sales opportunities.
- Conduct coaching sessions to improve team performance and engagement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a field sales team.
- Strong hands-on experience in Field Sales is mandatory.
- Candidates from the Insurance or BFSI industry will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
