Banquet Sales Executive / Manager – Hotel, Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Banquet Sales Executive / Manager to drive revenue through banquet events, corporate functions, weddings, and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring seamless event execution.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation
- Generate banquet sales through corporate clients, event planners, and direct walk-ins
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Handle inquiries for weddings, conferences, and social events
Client Handling
- Conduct site visits and hotel presentations
- Understand client requirements and provide customized event packages
- Negotiate pricing and close deals
Event Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and front office teams
- Ensure smooth execution of all events
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
Business Development
- Develop new client relationships and maintain existing accounts
- Build tie-ups with event planners, corporates, and wedding planners
Reporting
- Maintain banquet sales reports, leads, and conversions
- Update CRM and follow-ups regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in banquet sales / hotel sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of banquet operations and event planning
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach
Preferred:
- Experience in hotel or hospitality industry
- Existing client base (corporate / wedding planners)
