Vogue Tourism LLP is hiring a Front Desk Executive to manage front office operations, customer support and administrative work. We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, confident, well-groomed, and excellent in communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in clients, visitors, travel customers, and guests.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and reception desk operations.
- Share basic travel package information, quotations, pricing, offers, and service details clearly and politely.
- Co-ordinate with Sales, Operations & Management team for smooth communication and customer experience.
- Maintain data entry, filing, documentation, office records, and MS Office worksheets.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area for clients.
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, visitor logs, office supplies & admin support tasks.
Skills & Qualities Required
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Professional, polite, positive and presentable personality
- Basic computer skills – MS Office, Email writing, WhatsApp Business
- Multi-tasking, organizational and time-management ability
- Fluent in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
