We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Trainer who is passionate about teaching and mentoring learners. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including Core and Advanced Modules, and be available to conduct both online and offline training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver training on SAP SuccessFactors modules through online and classroom sessions
Cover Core and Advanced SF modules with real-time project scenarios
Prepare course materials, assignments, and case studies
Mentor students and provide guidance throughout the training
Conduct assessments and provide performance feedback
Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Compensation, Integration, and other advanced modules)
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SAP project experience
Prior training or mentoring experience is an added advantage
Good communication and presentation skills
Degree in MCA, BCA, BE, MBA (HR), or related IT/HR field preferred
