We are looking for energetic and responsible Application Support Executives to provide on-site and remote support for the RETMS-type system implemented for Thane Mahanagar Palika.
The candidate will handle officer queries, provide training, and ensure smooth functioning of the application across all wards.
Job Responsibilities: Freshers are preferable candidates
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot software / hardware issues
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
- Visit ward offices to resolve application-related issues.
- Record and track customer issues in the ticketing system
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Prepare basic reports and maintain support logs
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Qualifications: Any graduate / Diploma in IT preferred
- Ability to understand and explain software features.
- Willingness to travel across municipal wards.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
