SENIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR -1 NOS
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Execution: Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet delivery deadlines, ensuring efficient material usage and workflow.
- Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, train, and mentor production personnel, managing performance, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISI compliance.
- Process Improvement: Utilize lean manufacturing tools to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and solve production bottlenecks.
- Maintenance & Equipment: Ensure machinery operation, calling for repairs, and implementing preventative maintenance, if necessary.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, analyze performance data, and report progress to management.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven leadership skills.
Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Salary Offering: 32,000/- To 42,000/- (CTC)
JUNIOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - 1 NOS
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily shift operations and assign tasks to machine operators.
- Monitor production lines (winding, assembly, testing, packaging) to meet daily targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot minor line issues and coordinate with maintenance for machine breakdowns.
- Prepare and submit daily shift production reports.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven leadership skills.
Education: Diploma or degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
Salary Offering: 24,000/- To 32,000/- (CTC)
