Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Test Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Playwright, WebDriverIO, RestAssured, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with proven experience in automation strategy, framework architecture, CI/CD integration, and mentoring QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile testing.
- Define automation architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Drive automation strategy, CI/CD integration, and AI-assisted testing initiatives.
- Mentor QA teams, conduct code reviews, and lead technical workshops.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills
- 15+ years of Software Testing experience with 10+ years in Automation Testing.
- Minimum 5 years as a Test/QA Architect.
- Expertise in Playwright, WebDriverIO, RestAssured, JavaScript, TypeScript, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, REST API Testing, Agile, BDD/TDD, and Cucumber.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
