We are looking for a well-spoken and driven Business Development Associate who can help us grow by building relationships, creating opportunities, and bringing in new clients across our service offerings.
Role Overview
This is a client-facing role focused on building and nurturing B2B relationships. You will work closely with the founders to identify opportunities, engage with prospects, conduct meetings, and help convert conversations into long-term partnerships.
You should be comfortable representing The Wise Blend and communicating our capabilities across learning, content, video production, and AI-powered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and nurture B2B leads across HR, L&D, Marketing, and Business teams
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients
- Build relationships and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Reconnect with existing leads and dormant opportunities
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools and trackers
- Represent The Wise Blend professionally in client interactions
- Work closely with founders to improve business development processes and drive growth
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in speaking with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- High ownership and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in consultative B2B sales and business development
- Based in Mumbai — this is an on-site role
Good to Have
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development
- Exposure to corporate training, marketing, media, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms
- Existing professional network across HR, L&D, or marketing functions
