Key Responsibility
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Manage and maintain organization's IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking devices, and communication systems.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical business systems.
Network Administration & Security:
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, and branch connectivity.
- Manage and administer FortiGate Firewall policies, security profiles, VPNs, traffic monitoring, NAT rules, bandwidth control, and access management.
- Implement and maintain network and endpoint security best practices.
- Monitor and investigate network and security incidents.
Server & Microsoft 365 Administration:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, Shared Drives, File Permissions, and User Accounts.
Administer Microsoft 365 environment including:
User Management.
Exchange Online.
Teams.
OneDrive SharePoint. (Basic)
Security Policies.
Manage email administration, domain records, DNS entries, and related services.
Business Applications, ERP & CRM Management:
Support and coordinate ERP, CRM, and other business-critical software systems.
Understand business workflows and operational processes to effectively support users and departments.
Coordinate with software vendors regarding issues, enhancements, bug fixes, and new feature implementation.
Participate in software testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
Monitor application performance and user adoption.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Core IT Infrastructure and Support.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise networking and security.
- Experience managing Windows Server environments.
- Experience supporting ERP, CRM, and business applications.
- Experience handling IT vendors and support partners.
Qualification:
- B.E. / B.Tech. or higher degree in: Information Technology (IT) Computer Science Engineering (CSE) Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
