Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Manager Contract Compliance Management In this role Manager will be responsible for Pricing operations/ Research and Rebates related queries and issues resolution. Timely and accurate processing of new contracts modifications and renewals expertise in document scrutiny approvals customer creation generating reports for compliance monitoring and supporting process improvement initiatives. The role requires compliance with applicable policies guidelines and regulations creation of SO Ps and process flows and support for the trade and sales team in contract- Experience in managing stakeholders expertise in MS Excel and knowledge of Workday is preferred. Ensure all SL As/KPI are met with accuracy Internal & external stakeholder & escalation management Governance on operational metrics are followed and reported. Develop system and departmental subject matter expertise. Use critical thinking data analysis business & financial acumen to provide exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of contract professionals providing guidance coaching and training. - Customer Service ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries resolving issues and meeting service-level agreements - Implement processes to handle customer complaints and feedback effectively. - Ensure that service level expectations are met or exceeded. - Risk Management identify and mitigate potential risks. - Contract Lifecycle Management utilize contract management software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. - Training and Development Keep the team informed about new products processes or system changes. - Performance Monitoring monitor and assess the performance against agreed-upon key performance indicators (SL As/KP Is) - Continuous Improvement identify opportunities for process improvement within the contract management function. - Implement best practices to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve overall contract management capabilities. - Communication and Stakeholder Management effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
