Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 + Incentives

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product/service-related queries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Track customer requests and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and retention.
- Meet assigned service quality and productivity targets.
