Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive strategic partnerships and cross-sell initiatives across financial services, insurance, and allied ecosystems. The role involves building business alliances, managing partner relationships, and executing revenue-generating programs.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard strategic partners.
Develop and manage cross-sell initiatives.
Build and maintain customer and partner databases.
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and business reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Track business performance and drive growth opportunities.
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services.
Strong partnership, business development, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in MIS, analytics, and program management.
Excellent communication and execution abilities.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
