- End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Employee Engagement Activities
- HR Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Performance Management Support
- Maintaining HR Records & MIS Reports
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR Preferred)
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge of HR Operations & Labour Compliance
- 1-5 Years of Relevant Experience Preferred
