Job Description - TPM We are seeking an experienced Data Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of enterprise data initiatives within the banking domain. The role requires strong data platform knowledge, project delivery expertise, and a solid understanding of banking regulations and risk controls. You will work closely with data engineering, architecture, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant data solutions. Experience Requirement Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position within a dynamic, fast-paced enterprise technology environment. 12+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale technology transformations, with focus on cloud, data analytics, and platform stability. Project Delivery & Governance Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects or workstreams, ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technology teams. Define and control project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Track and communicate dependencies, risks, issues, and impacts to maintain delivery momentum. Execute project governance, including roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and escalation paths. Provide regular project status updates, ensuring clear and transparent communication. Facilitate project meetings such as status reviews, design discussions, and issue-resolution sessions. Stakeholder & Team Management Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams, aligning stakeholders from infrastructure, operations, and engineering. Collaborate with stakeholders to define success criteria and measurable delivery outcomes. Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to gather system requirements and translate business needs into technical deliverables. Technical Expertise & Cloud Programs Orchestrate end-to-end cloud migration programs for mission-critical systems, ensuring zero downtime and security compliance. Lead enterprise-scale tech transformations, including cloud-native programs (GCP, Azure), AI-based automation, and Big Data engineering. Drive tools engineering and automation strategies for platform stability. Data Management & Analytics Act as a data steward for enterprise datasets, ensuring governance and integrity across global teams. Support data model and integration design activities for enterprise data platforms. Monitor data workflows and pipelines to ensure performance, reliability, and timely delivery. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards. Expertise Knowledge of various database management systems (RDBMS, NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift), Python. Expert in analysing data to drive insights, define requirements, and support strategic decisions. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Assist in evaluating and adopting new data tools, platforms, and technologies. Coordinate troubleshooting efforts and support performance and reliability improvements. Maintain accurate documentation of project artifacts, data architecture, and technical processes.
