Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
As a Manager- Marketing, you will have to develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned international markets and regions to strengthen Mahindra brand equity, support business growth and enhance customer engagement. Additionally, lead designated Marketing Centres of Excellence (COEs) with primary responsibility for Mahindra Auto Global Digital & social media to drive capability development, standardization, governance and best practices across International Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop annual marketing plans, assess market trends, competition and customer insights for assigned regions.
Brand Building & Integrated Communication
Execute integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, PR, Events and Retail; ensure brand consistency.
Distributor & Market Activation Management
Partner with country teams and distributors for effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
Centre of Excellence (COE) Ownership
Lead and govern Mahindra Auto Global Digital & Social Media platforms and Internal Communications across International Operations. Drive content strategy, channel management, engagement, governance, capability building and performance tracking. Additionally, lead other assigned Marketing COEs
Marketing Performance & Budget Management
Manage budgets, track ROI, evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
Key Competencies & Skills

Ensuring consistent Mahindra brand positioning while accommodating local needs.
Driving execution excellence through distributor-led business models.
Balancing regional priorities with COE responsibilities.

Markets Supported: Assigned International Region / Market Cluster
COE Responsibility: Primary ownership of Mahindra Auto Global Digital & Social Media and Internal Communications COEs, along with responsibility for additional Marketing COEs as assigned across International Operations.
Agency Partners: Advertising, Digital, Media, Research and Event Agencies
Planning Horizon: Annual planning with quarterly reviews
Travel Requirement: Periodic international travel as per business requirement
Other Key Stakeholders: Distributor and Country Teams
Education Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or equivalent preferred from a premier B School; Engineering preferred
6–10 years in marketing, brand management, regional or international marketing
