Responsibilities - Prepare fresh North Indian vegetarian meals, thalis, breakfast, and snacks. - Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. - Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage. - Ensure timely preparation for hotel guests and online food delivery orders. - Keep the kitchen clean and organized. Requirements - Experience as a chef or cook in a hotel, café, restaurant, or cloud kitchen. - Good knowledge of vegetarian Indian cuisine. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Honest, disciplined, and committed to maintaining cleanliness. - Willing to relocate to Rishikesh if applying from another city.
