We are looking for a Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of experience and a strong inclination towards Architectural Design, along with a mandatory Structural Engineering background. The role involves architectural planning, structural drawings, 3D modelling, client coordination, and site execution for residential, bungalow, and farmhouse projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural layouts, building plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop structural drawings including RCC plans, column-beam layouts, slab and foundation details.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Coordinate architectural and structural designs with site execution requirements.
- Handle basic landscape and interior detailing such as ceiling, kitchen, and plumbing layouts.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and execution teams.
- Interact with clients, understand requirements, and incorporate design modifications.
- Ensure drawings and execution follow applicable building standards and technical requirements.
