We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Coordinators / Tele callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, promoting products/services over calls, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.
Key Criteria / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in telemarketing, B2B/B2C sales, or business development.
- Proven experience in creating, managing, and maintaining customer/prospect databases.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Database Management
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and digital outreach channels.
- Create and manage new customer and prospect databases; regularly update existing records to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and improve lead quality.
2. Appointment Setting & Sales Support
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and quotations for key accounts.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to assist in strategic sales planning.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the first point of contact for prospects, handling inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer retention.
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and overall customer experience.
4. Reporting & Performance Analytics
- Track and report telemarketing KPIs including call volumes, lead conversions, pipeline movement, and database growth.
- Analyze campaign performance, call outcomes, and lead quality to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with management to optimize outreach strategies and telemarketing workflows.
5. Process Improvement & Team Support
- Identify and implement improvements in outreach strategies, lead nurturing, and database management processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior telemarketing staff on best practices and performance improvement techniques.
