Silkman Infotech is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (CA Qualified) to join our finance and accounting team. This position is ideal for professionals with strong accounting fundamentals, analytical thinking, pricing and costing experience, ERP expertise, and the ability to work across both Indian and US accounting operations. The role offers exposure to financial reporting, analysis, pricing strategy support, reconciliations, operational accounting, and cloud-based financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations
- Perform financial analysis, profitability analysis, and pricing reviews
- Assist with costing, margin analysis, and business performance reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, reconciliations, and financial schedules
- Handle bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger reviews
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation
- Work with ERP systems and cloud-based accounting platforms
- Assist in accounting process improvements and automation initiatives
- Coordinate with internal departments on operational and financial matters
Required Qualifications & Skills
* CA Qualified
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and compliance
- Working knowledge of US accounting practices and financial operations
- Strong analytical, costing, and pricing analysis skills
- Hands-on experience with Odoo and QuickBooks
- Advanced Excel proficiency including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, financial modeling, formulas, and reporting
- Ability to analyze data and generate business insights
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working US Shift hours
- Prior experience in international accounting environments is preferred
