Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Project Manager to spearhead our projects at AutomationEdge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a particular emphasis on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or Java Selenium technologies. As a Project Manager at AutomationEdge, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of automation projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects using AutomationEdge’s RPA platform.
Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Manage project resources efficiently, including allocation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing strategies to minimize disruptions.
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting communication and knowledge sharing among project team members.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with AutomationEdge’s project management methodologies and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in RPA and automation technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or automation projects.
Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Proven experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms.
Familiarity with Java Selenium or other automation testing frameworks is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in Project Management is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
