Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for multiple client requirements.
Manage client communication and build strong client relationships.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.
Allocate requirements to the team and monitor daily performance.
Track team KPIs, hiring targets, and recruitment closures.
Support the team in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Resolve hiring challenges and ensure smooth recruitment operations.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.
Drive team productivity, motivation, and continuous process improvement.
Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
