We are looking for hardworking and responsible Packing Staff to join our FirstCry warehouse at Nettoor. The candidate will be responsible for packing customer orders, handling B2B and B2C operations, and supporting day-to-day warehouse activities while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.
- Handle B2B bulk order packing and dispatch.
- Process B2C online orders as per company SOP.
- Perform product checking and quality verification before packing.
- Label, barcode, and prepare shipments for dispatch.
- Assist in inward and outward stock movement.
- Load and unload goods safely.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain storage locations.
- Support stock counting, inventory audits, and cycle counts.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the warehouse.
- Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Follow safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
