About the Role

As an SEO Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience in search engine optimization, keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and website performance analysis while working alongside experienced marketers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research using SEO tools.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
- Assist with on-page SEO activities, including meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking.
- Support off-page SEO initiatives such as backlink research and outreach.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities.
- Create SEO-friendly content briefs and optimize existing content.
- Generate regular SEO performance reports and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT to improve content research and productivity.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Google Search, ChatGPT, or other AI tools.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of website structure and content optimization.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SEO certification or Digital Marketing certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms is an added advantage.
