We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (HR) from a recognized institution (Regular/Full-Time MBA only)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
Compensation
- First 6 Months (Training Period): Stipend of ₹10,000 per month
- Post Successful Completion of Training: CTC of ₹3,00,000 per annum
