ENGAGEMENT

Full-time

We are seeking a detail-oriented candidate with experience in procurements. You will be responsible for overseeing the procurements process, ensuring the sourcing of high-quality products and services at competitive prices. You will leverage your expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives and foster strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential suppliers, analyse pricing trends, and evaluate supplier proposals to maximise value.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure timely deliveries and high-quality standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on sourcing solutions.
Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting on key metrics and procurement activities

Requirements

Master’s degree in any related fields
6 – 7 years of experience in procurements/supply chain roles, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing
In depth knowledge and experience on procurement of IT (Computer, Laptop, AV systems, networking items, etc.) and Non-IT (Civil, Electricals, Electronics, Interior works, Furniture, Fabrication, office equipment, etc.)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
Proficiency in procurement software/ERP systems and experience with e‑sourcing tools and contract management systems
Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams
