Job Description: Business Unit Manager (Paints and Coatings) - Mumbai Job Responsibility Product Line Expansion: o Drive the launch and integration of new product lines into the our portfolio with a focus on market needs. o Develop go-to-market strategies to enhance visibility and market penetration. Product Expertise and Knowledge Sharing: o Gain expertise on new and existing products, including applications, raw materials, and competitive benefits. o Conduct training sessions to equip sales teams and clients with product knowledge. Customer Relationship Management: o Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients. o Address technical inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure consistent follow-ups for client satisfaction. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: o Perform market analysis to identify trends, growth areas, and competitive positioning. o Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies. Team Leadership and Development: o Lead and mentor the sales team, promoting skill growth and teamwork. o Drive team performance to achieve strategic goals and maintain high standards of productivity. Sales Strategy and Business Development: o Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional activities to boost brand presence.
