We are seeking a diligent and experienced Shrink Operator to join our team in Bhopal. The Shrink Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining shrink-wrapping machinery to package various products efficiently and according to quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machine operation, and a commitment to safety and productivity.
- Operate shrink-wrapping machines to package products as per production schedules and specifications.
- Load products onto the conveyor system and ensure proper alignment for the shrink-wrapping process.
- Monitor machine performance, including temperature, film tension, and sealing quality, making adjustments as necessary.
- Perform routine quality checks on finished packages to ensure proper sealing, labeling, and overall product integrity.
- Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing film rolls.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored appropriately.
- Report any major machine breakdowns, quality issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Collaborate with other production team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Assist with material handling, including loading and unloading packaging materials.
