Roles & Responsibilities – Business Development Executive (BDE)
- Handle inbound customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
