- Coordinating with HO for various operation-related activities.
- Front Desk Management
- Executing and enhancing the support systems in providing best facilities
- Office material record (Light, Fan, AC, Notice Board, White Board, Computer, Keyboard, Mouse etc.)
- Creating reports of students’ attendance
- Cleanliness – Proper cleaning of the centre on time (washroom, pantry, floor cleaning, wall paint damaged, any wooden material damaged, every cabin needs to be clean daily basis, every area should get cleaned daily-classrooms, lab, faculty area, store room)
- Office utensils requirement
- Maintaining and managing the records both in Hard and Soft formats
- Library Management
- Floor Management
- Maintaining Invoices in proper Files
- Co-coordinating with Vendors for Invoices, Payments, etc
- Answer questions and address complaints of students
- Check, sort and forward emails
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Preparation of various reports
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
