Job Summary :
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations, visitor handling, telephone communications, travel arrangements, administrative support, and office coordination activities. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in office administration.
Key Responsibilities Front Office Management :
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage the reception area and ensure a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
- Handle reception and front office activities.
- Attend and transfer incoming calls professionally.
- Perform data entry and maintain office records.
- Manage travel arrangements, including train, flight, and hotel bookings.
- Handle courier dispatch and receipt activities.
- Manage invoices and maintain related documentation.
- Maintain and monitor petty cash records.
- Coordinate and manage peon and driver activities.
- Support day-to-day administrative and office operations.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
