V Green Media is a Hyderabad-based full-service advertising and branding agency established in 2007. We work across print, radio, events, social media, and out-of-home advertising, and have delivered 800+ projects for 500+ clients with the support of a 100+ associate network. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and strengthen relationships with existing accounts.
Role Summary
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive new business, pitch our advertising and branding services to prospective clients, and manage key accounts once they are onboarded. This is a client-facing sales and client servicing role suited to someone who is confident, persuasive, and comfortable owning targets.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, field sales, and networking across Hyderabad
● Drive client acquisition by pitching V Green Media's advertising, branding, and media services to prospective clients
● Understand client requirements and propose the right mix of print, radio, events, social media, and out-of-home solutions
● Handle the full B2B sales cycle from first contact to negotiation and closure
● Manage and grow key accounts through regular client servicing and client relationship management
● Act as the point of contact between clients and internal creative and operations teams
● Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
● Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipeline, and client interactions
Requirements
● 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, media sales, or client servicing, preferably in an advertising agency, media, or branding environment
● Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
● Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals
● Confidence in handling clients and building long-term client relationships
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and client visits
● Basic proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
Language Requirements
● Telugu: Native or fluent (mandatory)
● English: Good spoken and written
● Hindi: Manageable working proficiency
Good to Have
● Prior experience in key account management or client service
● Existing network of local business contacts in Hyderabad
● Understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing services
