Job Title: F&B Controller Trainee-Job Summary
The F&B Controller Trainee assists in monitoring food and beverage costs, maintaining inventory, and supporting daily control operations. This role is ideal for learning cost control, stock handling, and basic financial tracking in hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily stock checking
- Help in monthly inventory audits
- Maintain stock records in Excel/system
Receiving & Store Assistance
- Support in checking quality & quantity of goods received
- Verify items with purchase orders and invoices
- Assist in proper storage (FIFO method)
Costing Support
- Help in basic recipe costing
- Assist in updating cost sheets
- Support in identifying wastage
Documentation
- Maintain records like GRN, stock reports, issue notes
- Update data in system or Excel
Coordination
- Work with Kitchen, Stores, and Purchase team
- Follow instructions from F&B Controller / Accounts
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management / Catering or Basic Degree
- Fresher or training experience preferred

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
