Role Overview
TSI is seeking an empathetic, articulate Assistant Doctor/Counselor with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for patient care. The selected candidate will bridge the gap between patient concerns and treatment solutions, providing counseling, building trust, and supporting treatment conversions while ensuring exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Counseling & Support
- Conduct detailed patient consultations to understand skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns
- Listen empathetically to patient needs, concerns, and expectations
- Explain treatment options, procedures, benefits, and expected outcomes clearly
- Address patient queries and anxieties with patience and reassurance
- Build strong rapport and trust with patients throughout their treatment journey
Treatment Conversion & Sales Support
- Support dermatologists by counseling patients on recommended treatments and packages
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of treatment plans
- Convert patient interest into confirmed treatment bookings
- Promote appropriate packages and skincare solutions based on patient needs
- Achieve individual and clinic conversion targets
Clinical & Administrative Coordination
- Assist dermatologists during consultations when required
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Follow up with patients for treatment progress and satisfaction
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team for seamless patient flow
- Stay updated on TSI's treatment offerings and protocols
Required Qualifications
Education & Registration
- MBBS or degree in any branch of Clinical Medicine
- Valid medical registration (preferred)
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
