Aadi Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager for our manufacturing plant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle complete production operations in the plant
- Manage manpower and production planning
- Achieve daily production targets
- Ensure product quality and smooth plant operations
- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime
- Maintain safety and discipline in production area
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality and warehouse teams
- Prepare daily production reports and MIS
Requirements:
- Experience in Production/Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in PU Foam / Polymer / Foam Manufacturing preferred
- Good team handling and leadership skills
- Knowledge of production planning and process management
- Basic computer knowledge required
Qualification:
- B.Tech / Diploma / Graduate
- Minimum 5 years experience in production management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
