Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Call prospective clients and schedule consultations.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer records in CRM.
- Explain clinic services, packages, and offers.
- Coordinate with doctors, wellness consultants, and branch teams.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the client journey.
- Process billing, invoices, receipts, and payment collections.
- Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills
- Excellent Tamil communication (mandatory).
- Good English communication.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Customer service mindset.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
