Marshalscale is a turnkey commercial interior fit-out company in Qatar.
Ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation.
- Prepare BOQs from drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs for joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceilings, MEP, and finishing works.
- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing.
- Analyze tender documents and identify project scope.
- Coordinate with design and procurement teams during tender preparation.
- Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out projects in Qatar/GCC.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
