Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused customer experience executive to manage client interactions, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities for retention and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in outbound calling, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, customer engagement, retention, and referral opportunities.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update customer data in internal systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support and service delivery.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Role Requirements
Proven experience in client relationship management and customer handling.
Prior experience in outbound calling.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
