We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with knowledge of Upwork to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels, including Upwork
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Bidding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Upwork platform and bidding process
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions
