Job Summary:-
Solastice Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Distribution Sales Manager to strengthen our distribution network and drive sales across solar and electrical product categories. The role primarily focuses on inverter distribution while also supporting the growth of solar panel sales.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Develop and expand the distribution network for inverters, solar panels, and related electrical products.
* Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
* Build strong relationships with electrical dealers, contractors, and business partners.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
* Identify new market opportunities and generate new business.
* Conduct product presentations and support channel partners with product knowledge.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
* 2 Years + of experience in distribution sales, in the solar, inverter, electrical, or power backup industry.
* Strong understanding of B2B Sales, and dealer network management.
* MBA ( Marketing / Sales/ Business Administration) or Bachelor's Degree Graduation in any displine from a recognized university.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Pay: ₹29,890.39 - ₹70,859.50 per month
