Job Description
We are looking for a QMS Engineer / Executive with experience in the Sheet Metal Industry to manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and implement Quality Management System (QMS) as per ISO standards
- Handle internal and external audits (ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)
- Prepare and maintain QMS documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Records)
- Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and improve process quality and system effectiveness
- Handle customer complaints and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions)
- Conduct process audits, layered audits, and system audits
- Coordinate with production, QA, and other departments
Requirements
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
- 2–5 years experience in QMS – Manufacturing / Sheet Metal Industry
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards
- Good understanding of quality documentation and audit processes
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC)
- Strong documentation and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
