Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Operations to lead and manage end-to-end Integrated Facility Management (IFM) operations across multiple client locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, operational excellence, client management, and business development skills with a proven track record of managing large teams and delivering high-quality facility services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IFM operations across multiple client locations.
- Ensure seamless delivery of housekeeping, security, technical, and support services as per SLAs.
- Manage client relationships, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive operational excellence, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Ensure statutory, labour, health, safety, and quality compliance.
- Lead regional and site operations teams, including manpower planning and performance management.
- Monitor KPIs, MIS reports, operational audits, and profitability across all sites.
- Handle client escalations, contract renewals, and operational risk management.
- Support business growth through mobilization of new projects and operational transition.
- Develop operational strategies to improve service delivery and business performance.
- Ensure timely manpower deployment and optimum workforce utilization.
- Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, Finance, and Business Development teams for smooth operations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate clients.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and implement continuous process improvements.
- Travel to client locations whenever required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Facility Management, Security Services, or Staffing Operations.
- Proven experience in managing multi-location operations and large operational teams.
- Strong leadership, client relationship management, and people management skills.
- Experience in SLA management, contract management, and operational planning.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting, and operational analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
