* Lead and manage the interior design team, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
* Assign daily tasks to designers and regularly review their work quality and progress.
* Guide and mentor junior designers to improve their design and technical skills.
* Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior design concepts.
* Prepare high-quality *2D drawings, 3D models, and realistic renders* using industry-standard software.
* Ensure all designs meet company standards, client expectations, and project timelines.
* Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design concepts confidently.
* Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
* Review layouts, working drawings, material selections, and design presentations before client submission.
* Solve design challenges and provide practical design solutions.
* Maintain regular updates on all ongoing projects and report project progress to management.
* Ensure every project is completed with proper planning, coordination, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
