Job Summary
The Senior Service Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing vehicle service requirements from reception to delivery. The role involves coordinating with workshop technicians, ensuring timely completion of repairs, maximizing service revenue, maintaining customer satisfaction, and mentoring junior service advisors while adhering to Hyundai dealership standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and understand their vehicle concerns.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Monitor workshop progress and keep customers updated on service status.
- Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Explain invoices, completed work, warranty coverage, and future maintenance requirements.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure prompt resolution.
- Achieve customer satisfaction (CSI) and service revenue targets.
- Promote value-added services, accessories, and maintenance packages.
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai service processes and dealership SOPs.
- Guide and support junior service advisors in daily operations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, and Workshop teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare daily and monthly service performance reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
