Position: Bodyshop Advisor
Location: Ambattur, Arumbakkam, Bharani, Nandambakkam
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair requirements.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain the repair process to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality vehicle repairs.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all repair orders and service records are accurately maintained.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim-related documentation, if required.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure vehicles are delivered on time with complete customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bodyshop Advisor.
- Good knowledge of vehicle body repair processes and insurance claim procedures.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance representatives.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Customer-focused with good problem-solving abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
