Shah Brothers is looking for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and solutions, and achieving sales targets through effective sales and business development activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and customer interaction to product presentation, quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
Role And Responsibility
- Develop new business opportunities
- End to end Business development, Sales and Marketing.
- Promote and sell lab instruments, filtration products, and related solutions
- Visit customers for product presentation, technical discussion, and application understanding
- Understand Clients/Customer requirements
- Build a list of potential customers via Search engines.
- visibility of products in market
- Handling Cold calling part
- Reconnecting with existing customers/clients
- Closing Sales leads
- Achieving Sales targets
Products Handling
- Laboratory filtration systems
- Laboratory Vacuum Pumps and other
- Membrane filters and cartridge filters
- Capsule filters and filtration assemblies
- Peristaltic pumps
Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and market feedback
Education Required:
- Diploma and bachelor’s degree in science/engineering (preferred in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Biotechnology) Fresher/Experienced can be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- 1+ years in B2B sales, preferably in scientific equipment, lab solutions and filter solution
- Fresher can also apply.
- Basic technical understanding of lab equipment or water purification systems.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
